Company Documents and forms such as sales introduction letters, service contracts, and reference lists are centrally located for your employees to access and use on the e-Quest system.  Rather than having your employees maintain company forms on their personal computer.  Your company forms are all stored in one convenient place in the “employee documents” section of e-Quest.  This way there is only one up to date version in use and only one document to update for all users as the documents require change.  No more employees sending outdated contracts, forms, and reference lists.

Order Supplies with client specific pricing.  Clients can order supplies from your company (or you can order it for them) from a drop down list of choices.  The systems flexibility allows you to charge the same or different prices for the product to each of your clients individually.  Orders are tracked from inception through delivery and billing completion.

Occupancy ChangeOccupancy Change Tracking.  Fully document and track move in and move outs within your clients’ buildings.  The system alerts you to verify and ensures that your supervisors have immediately reduced labor upon move out and that your billing has been adjusted.  Email notification is sent to your account rep, client (if desired) and operations and supervisory staff  to ensure complete communication to all responsible parties is achieved.

Billing. See all completed work orders that are billable but that have not yet been billed.  This is a helpful cash flow management tool available to upper management.   This tool helps ensure that the billing gets out quickly. 

Commissions Tracking.  There is no better way to increase sales than by incentivizing your employees.  Individual sales persons may require differing commission percentage rates.  Commissions are calculated as a % of the profit of each work order which is automatically calculated by eQuest.  Commissions are only payable after receipt of the total amount due from the client.  Sales reps can see up-to-the-minute totals of their commissions sorted by paid, pending payment from client and various other factors.  Your sales persons will love this feature as it puts them in control of their earnings and helps them forecast their pay without having to bother your accounting staff.  eQuest does it all for you automatically.

Property Images. Upload a photo of each of your clients’ properties.  When you or your clients are working on any form within that property, an image of the building appears in the upper right hand corner of each page as a visual reminder to ensure that you are working with the proper account.

Quality control walkthrough forms are available to document the results of your regular inspections of your accounts.  The results (if elected) can be emailed to your client to show them your proactive concern for the quality of your work.   The walkthrough inspections  are rated and scored with a standard rating system.  The scores and detailed notes are permanently stored on e-Quest for future evaluation of your performance.  Walkthrough inspections can also be made “private” so that a client may not view them for internal quality control purposes.  Walkthrough inspections can be entered directly into eQuest on site via an internet enabled handheld device (such as a Blackberry or iPhone).  This eliminates the duplicated efforts of hand writing on site and then re-entering your notes into eQuest back at the office.  It’s all done on site and immediately placed in the queue for your supervisor and to take action and respond to.

Complaints are a dirty word in the Services business.  In eQuest, these are referred to as “Service Improvement Requests” – (SIR).  SIR’s are tracked separately in e-Quest and can be monitored in many different forms.  To evaluate your performance and alert you to potential corrective measures that may need to be taken,  SIR’s can be displayed in graph form by “Supervisor” or by “Technician” to determine at a glance which supervisor or technician is having more issues than others as well as to see if a particular area supervisor’s properties’ are below standard.  Disciplinary actions or other adjustments may be needed when this SIR comparison is viewed to prevent customer dissatisfaction.  Proactive features like this are prevalent throughout e-Quest.

Supervisor Notes. Rather than having your supervisors turn in their nightly notes on a spiral binder, eQuest permanently logs them into the system and tracks responses to them by management confirming that the notes have been dealt with and the loop has been closed.

Job Costing. Instantly see how profitable your work orders are either individually, by client or in other views.  Your company overhead items are individually stored in eQuest and are applied to each work order.  Contracts and change orders are managed in a simplistic easy to read summary view.

Technician Log-In. Your technicians will log into eQuest  entering their time and materials upon completion of their last job. Alternatively, if they drive home after their last job, they can log in from home.  eQuest is up to the minute so that your profit per job can be immediately viewed on the system.

Graphs and Charts. Simple and easy pie charts and graphs in vibrant color.  Push one button and you’ve got some extremely powerful data.  Our charts detail valuable information about your sales trends, receivables, quality control, profitability and much, much more.
