The new eQuest Blackberry App. Now allows you & your customers to create and send new workorders right from the BlackBerry device, with the ability to snap and seamlessly attach photo(s).

The system will now recognize logins as being a specific customer of yours, so only the customer’s property needs to be selected. They can simply hit the GO button next to "Property" to see all of their properties to choose from, or type in a number of characters in the property field to get a filtered list. This makes loading much faster should there be an extensive list of properties for that customer.

• Your customers can now create and send new workorders to you on the fly, with photos seamlessly attached from the BlackBerry’ onboard camera
• You as the Contractor can now create new workorders, rather than just view and close out existing orders 
• When selecting a customer or property on the app, you can now filter your selection by entering a number of characters, rather than loading all customers and properties at once. This enhancement increases the speed and efficiency while using the app.
• You now have the ability to pick the status of newly created workorders
• You now have the ability to mark a newly created workorder as billable or not billable
• You now have the ability to assign multiple technicians to a newly created workorder, from the BlackBerry device, immediately reserving the technician(s) for your particular job.
